Naomi Jean Keith, 86, St. Marys, WV, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Camden Clark Medical Center. Born in St. George, WV, on June 2, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Albert E. Nestor and Margie Lipscomb. She was raised by her paternal grandmother Nora Ella Nestor and Naomi called her mom. She was a 1956 graduate of Parsons High School. She worked for the former Colin Anderson Center and Sam’s Club.
She is survived by five children, Debra (Charles) Keefer, Mark (Karen) Jones, Roxana (Donald) Turton, Robyn Jones, and Denny (Diane) Jones; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Keefer, Alyssa Price, McKenna Turton, and Cole Jones; and five great-grandchildren, Olivia Keefer, Victoria Keefer, Kora Cox, a boy on the way, and Leah Jones. She was preceded in death by her parents, step-mother, Emma Nestor, and a half-brother, Dick Barr.
The funeral service was held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV with Pastor John Strimer officiating. Interment followed in Friendly Cemetery.
