Patricia “Patty” Phillips Roy, age 74 years, a resident of Parsons, WV, departed this life early Sunday morning, March 30, 2025, at WVU Medicine’s Ruby Memorial Hospital at Morgantown, WV, following a courageous battle with cancer.
