WILLIAM ROY “BILL” BOSERMAN, age 58 years, a resident of Martinsburg, WV departed this life Saturday February 14, 2015, at the home of his brother, Boyd Clinton Boserman in Falling Waters, WV. He had been in declining health.
He was born Monday, November 26, 1956 at Elkins, WV, a son of Clarence Roy and Janice Claramae Phillips Boserman, who survive at Parsons, WV. On October 13, 1984 at Mabie, WV, he was married to Sue Ellen Early Boserman, who survives at Martinsburg, WV.
Also surviving one brother, Boyd Clinton Boserman and wife Janice of Falling Waters, WV; two sisters, Debbie Lynn Boserman Moore and husband Terrance of Hambleton, WV, Pamela Sue Boserman Kisamore and husband Benjamin of Limestone, St. George, WV; his mother-in-law, Florence Edith Findley Early of Hilliards, PA; five nieces and nephews, Jennifer Marie Boserman Jones and husband Richard, Alexander Lee Moore and wife Andrea, Samuel Jacob Boserman, Andrew Tyler Kisamore and Daniel Paul Kisamore; four brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceding him in death are his paternal grandparents, Edward and Beulah Helmick Phillips; Maternal grandparents, William Roy and Minnie Jane Rowan Boserman; and his father-in-law, Dana Early.
He was a graduate of Parsons High School with the Class of 1976 and a graduate of James Rumsey Vocational School at Hedgesville, WV. He was a former employee of C.C. Cupps in Elkins, the F.E. Miller Co. in Martinsburg and was the quality control inspector for the Shockey Concrete Co. in Winchester, VA. He was a member of the Tri State MoPar Car Club. His hobbies where trains, and he collected and worked on old radios and antique cars.
The family received friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. Final rites were conducted at the funeral home parlor on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. The Rev. Robert Leard officiated and interment followed at the Rowan Cemetery at Mabie, WV. A Celebration of Life gathering will occur later in March in the Martinsburg area.
