The Parsons Advocate

I went to an auction this past weekend and it is the first one I have been to in a very long time.  Everything I wanted to bid on had an outsider bidder and the prices just went too high. I did get a very nice rug and two cabinets for a very good price.  That is the name of the game when you go to an event like that it is a toss of the dice.

It was my oldest sister’s birthday and we had a good time in any event.  I took her out to lunch and fun was had by all.  Momma Said, “Sometimes it is not what you do but who you do it with.”  It was a nice sunny day and we had a good adventure.  Besides, she is only going to turn 70 once.

She just had both her knees fixed and she is doing great, so she will be out walking again with her dogs.  Raven is enjoying her walks and we had a great day last week walking in a new area.  She found so much to smell and explore.

Soon the weather will be coming around and we will get out more often.  I wish we had a dog park so she could cut loose and have a good case of the zoomies.  I think she could go all day I know she gives Gracie a run for her money with all the tussels they get into.  Momma Said, “To have that much energy again would be a great thing.”
