Momma Said

Momma Said, “Happy Thanksgiving everyone, I hope you have a joyful and bountiful feast with friends and family.” I hope everyone can find a moment in their hearts to send love to the ones that were hurt or killed in Paris this past week. This was a senseless act of hatred that was so uncalled for, a coward’s way of inflicting pain on innocent people.

I just hope that America doesn’t take the ostrich approach to this act of cruelty. Stick our heads in the sand and say this can’t happen to us. Our officials need to take a stand and fight fire with fire. Nobody thought the acts of hatred that happened on 911 could ever happen, but they did. It seems that no one is immune to these fanatical people.

Our government leaders need to stand tall and say, “We are not going to take this anymore, enough is enough!” This is no time to be politically correct about the situation. My heart goes out to all the victim’s families and to those who were injured. Momma Said, “A silent tear falls for Police Dog Diesel, who lost her life to this senseless act of cruelty.” Her job was her life and she lost her gallant battle to the hands of cowards.

I am sure everyone will have the family’s secret recipes out and in use this week, so I will hold mine until next week. Again, please say a prayer for all victim’s around the world who have felt the heavy hand of these cruel people. God will prevail!
