This photo is of the Flood of July 17, 1907 on First Street in Parsons. The water can be seen running in small waves in the right bottom and the guys in the middle are above knees in the water. This photo was published by the Robinson Brothers. Notice the buildings along the street and at the end of the street. This was evidently a small flood as it is not mentioned in history books.
