He conducted business out of 203 First Street, Parsons, WV. I know the business was owned by various folks and operated from various locations. I heard that after the flood it was moved to Front Street. I believe it was last located in the building that is now The Wellness Center. There was a drive up window so that folks could drive up, get their paper and/or some coffee and be on their way. If one went inside there were newspapers as well as knick-knacks to purchase as gift or for oneself. The last owner of the business was Allen Loughry.
