This is a hospital statement from a Dr. S. M. Lilienfeld of Parsons. His office hours were 10 am to 1 pm daily except Sunday and Thursday. He also held hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 to 8 pm. The phone number was 90 and the ledger is dated December 1953. The bill was for $64.50 and the person paid for the bill during the course of the year, It was paid off December 27, 1953. I am sure the person was happy to have it paid off.
