This is a picture of Foster “Allen” (1921-2017) and Dorothy Ruth Teter Hile (1922-2005). Allen and Dorothy were married December 24, 1940. Allen was the son of Albert and Mae Auvil Hile and the grandson of Samuel and Laura Helmick Hile. Dorothy was the daughter of Ira “Frank” and Celestine “Lessie” Bonner Teter.
