Last week’s photo was of Patricia “Patty” Ruth Poling Phillips (1961-2004). She was the daughter of Okey and Ruth Lambert Poling and was married to Philip Phillips. This week’s photo is from the Tucker County Fair. I have seen this photo many times but I have never seen the folks identified. Can anyone identify the folks?
