This is a photo of Daniel Rohrbaugh. Daniel was the oldest of eight children of Aaron and Melvina Cooper Rohrbaugh.
He was a grandson of Samuel and Elizabeth Wimer Cooper who were from Flanagan Hill. Daniel (1888-1964) married in 1918 to Janie VanMeter (1900-1967). They had three children. Daniel and his siblings grew up in the Maysville, WV area; however, they would have come to Flanagan Hill on a regular basis to visit with the grandparent as well as aunts and uncles who lived in the area.
