Jeffrey Shawn Flanagan’s graduated from the College of Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA on May 12, 2018. Flanagan’s is the son of Jeffrey and Lori Flanagan of Woodbridge, Va and the grandson of Dennis and Kay Flanagan of Tucker County. Following a trip to Greece with his brother, Conner, he will work with Altec in Roanoke, Va.
