Lindsey Teets Named New Business Coach At Eastern College: Partnering with Eastern WV Community and Technical College, Lindsey Teets, a Business Coach with the WV Small Business Development Center (WVSBDC), will offer one-stop services to people who wish to start a new business or improve or grow an existing one. Teets will hold office hours at the college in Moorefield, and travel through Grant, Hampshire, eastern Hardy, Mineral, Pendleton, and Tucker counties to support the communities of Eastern’s Potomac Highlands service district.
“As a part of the WVSBDC, I’m here to consult, connect, and/or coach any new or established small business, and help folks with their business needs,” he said. Those services include assistance putting together a business plan, finding capital or answering marketing questions.
Teets welcomes both experienced business owners and novices to reach him by email at lindsey.m.teets@wv.gov or by telephone at 304-434-8000, ext. 9237.
A native of Eglon in Preston County, and a 2002 graduate of Tucker County High School, Teets comes to the WVSBDC and Eastern most recently from the sales and marketing team of Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah GA, where he helped improve aircraft interior design, increased aircraft interior options, and wrote contracts. He plans to work closely with Joe Kapp, Eastern’s entrepreneur-in-residence, and director of the New Biz LaunchPad in Wardensville.
