The Davis-Thomas Bears golf team turned in a solid showing last week in an eight-team match held in Moorefield, finishing 4th overall in a competitive field.
The Bears were just eight strokes shy of securing a spot in the top three. Leading the way for Davis-Thomas was Jarrett Dearborn, who posted the team’s lowest score of the day with a solid 49. Teammate Nolan Luzier followed closely behind with a 53, while Briar Arbogast added a 57 to the team total. Hunter Lipscomb rounded out the scoring with a 64.
The Bears prepare to head into their next match, scheduled for Wednesday, September 17th at Highlands Golf Course in Pendleton County.
