Davis-Thomas Girls & Boys Basketball Update

The Davis-Thomas Girls’ & Boys’ Basketball teams competed in the Union Tournament on Wednesday February 17th. The Lady Bears got the victory over East Hardy 20-17. Alena Lambruno led the way for Davis-Thomas with 8 points. The Davis-Thomas Boys’ Basketball team then played East Hardy at Union and fell in the contest 35-24. Trevor Adams led the Bears in scoring with 6 points.

On Thursday February 18th the Davis-Thomas Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball teams traveled back to Union High School to play the host school. In the Girls game Union took home the win in a tight contest 25-22. Kearston Adkins led Davis-Thomas with 6 points. In the Boys’ game Davis-Thomas got the big victory 45-9. Tyler Harsh led the Bears in scoring with 7 points. Davis-Thomas Boys’ will finish the season with a road game at Petersburg on Thursday February 25th.
