The Davis-Thomas Middle School Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball teams traveled to East Hardy Middle on Monday December 18th for 3 games. In the Girls’ contest the Lady Bears fell in a close game 14-12. Nevaeh Nichols led Davis-Thomas with 9 points and Hannah Cussins added 3 points in the Lady Bears loss. In the Boys’ JV game Davis-Thomas dropped the contest 58-16. Aaron Quattro led the Bears with 7 points and Jaydon Hallem added 4 points for Davis-Thomas in the loss. The varsity Boys’ team picked up the road win 49-46. The Bears were led by Zaden White with 18 points. Blake Anderson and Harper Russell added 10 points each for Davis-Thomas in the win.
On Wednesday December 20th Davis-Thomas traveled to Kasson Middle for 2 games. The Lady Bears fell in their contest 35-10. Nevaeh Nichols led Davis-Thomas with 8 points and Zobiana Dillsworth added 2 points in the Lady Bears loss. The Boys varsity team picked up the win by the final score of 59-31. Aaron Quattro led Davis-Thomas with 11 points and Harper Russell added 10 points in the Bears road victory.
