BRIDGEPORT – The Davis-Thomas Girls’ and Boys’ Track teams finished their season at Bridgeport on Saturday May 13th at the Harry Green Statewide Invitational. The Lady Bears finished 15th in the meet and the Boys’ team did not score points as a team to finished outside the top 20.
Girls’ Results: 800m: 33rd Resi Anderson(3:04.55). 1600m: 16th MacKenzie Zirk(6:08.51), 27th Resi Anderson(6:25.70). 200m Hurdles: 26th Rachel Friend(37.05), 38th Abbie Eakle(39.61). Long Jump: 47th MacKenzie Lyons(9’05.5”). Shot Put: 12th Abbie Eakle(27’06”), 44th Trinity Bever(20’05”), 54th Anna Shoemaker(17’09.5”). Discus Throw: 2nd Abbie Eakle(89’08”), 29th Trinity Bever(54’09”), 53rd Anna Shoemaker(36’04”).
