Eddie Kachmarek, DE of Tucker County, accepted a Division 1 FCS football scholarship from Robert Morris University when he signed his National Letter of Intent (NLI) on Wednesday February 1st. Kachmarek has been verbally committed to RMU since June.
Kaczmarek was a 4 Year letterman, DE-LB/ OG. During his Junior Year he made 1st team all PVC & Special Honorable Mention All- State. In his Senior year- PVC Co-Defensive player of the year, 1st team all PVC and 2nd team All- Stat.
Kachmarek also received an offer from the University of San Diego and Prefered Walk-On offers from James Madison University and Marshal University. He was also recruited by Dartmouth, Yale, Penn, Cornell, Georg
etown and several Division 2 and Division 3 programs but chose to stay committed to Robert Morris University.
Kachmarek is the son of Ed and Dianna Kachmarek, of Kerens.
