The Tucker County BOE recognizes the Potomac Valley Conference Player of the Year in Baseball during their meeting Monday. Justin Fike is the first ever Potomac Valley Conference Player of the Year in Baseball. Justin will continue his baseball career at West Liberty University in the fall.
