The Tucker County Lady Mt. Lions volleyball team wrapped up their season last Monday evening after competing in the second game of regional play at East Hardy High School.

Tucker County opened the night with a thrilling five-set victory over the Union Tigers. The Lady Mt. Lions fought hard, trading points in a back-and-forth battle before ultimately securing the win to advance to the next round.

Their victory set up a matchup against the No. 4-ranked East Hardy Cougars in the regional semifinals, eventual Regional Champs. Despite a strong effort from Tucker County, the experienced Cougars proved too much to handle, defeating the Lady Mt. Lions in three straight sets, each by a score of 25-4.

The loss concludes the season for Tucker County Volleyball.
