Tucker County High School Coach Tom Gutshall coached his final high school boys’ basketball game on Friday, June 20 at Charleston as the North Coach for the North-South All-Star Basketball game. The North-South All-Star game brings together the state’s best graduating seniors to play one final game representing their region of the state. One of Coach Gutshall’s players was 2014 Tucker County High School graduate Ian Nichols.
Tucker County High School Cheer Coach, Amber Kyle, was named the 2013-14 Cheer Coach of the Year by the Wet Virginia Athletic Coaches Association at half-time of the North-South Football Classic at Laidley Field in Charleston on Saturday, June 21.
