Last Tuesday, the Mt. Lions traveled to the Pines Country Club to the hosting Warriors of Trinity. Tucker was able to bring home second place as a team in the contest. On Wednesday, they competed against Gilmer County at the Glenville Golf Club. The Mt. Lions had strong individual efforts from sophomore, Nate Davis, and senior, Brayden Grey. Grey finished in the top three individually. Tucker finished its week at home at Holly Meadows Golf Course where Tucker fell just short of the win, bringing home second place behind Elkins. Tucker has a busy week ahead of them with matches at Stonewall on Monday, home Tuesday at Canaan Valley, and home Thursday at Holly Meadows.
