FRANKIN – The Tucker Valley Middle School Football team picked up their first win of the season last Wednesday September 13th at Pendleton County Middle School 14-6.
Tucker Valley led after the first quarter 7-6 over Pendleton County. Neither team scored in the second quarter to make the score 7-6 Tucker Valley at the half.
In the third quarter Tucker Valley got into the endzone one more time to push the visitors the lead 14-6. The offense for both teams could not score in the fourth quarter and Tucker Valley picked up the win on the road 14-6. This was Tucker Valley’s first win of the season and their first win in almost 2 years. Tucker Valley last won a game on 9/24/15.
