TUCKER VALLEY GIRLS’ BASKETBALL UPDATE

HAMBLETON – The Lady Wildcats Girls’ Basketball team hosted Romney on Monday February 3rd.  In the first game the Tucker Valley JV team got the win by the final score of 27-6.  Makenna Evans led Tucker Valley JV with 11 points and Maddy Helmick added 8 points for the Lady Wildcats JV in the win.  In the Varsity contest Tucker Valley got the win by the score of 43-7.  Macy Helmick led Tucker Valley with 13 points and Brylee Wetzel added 7 points in the Lady Wildcats victory.  The following Tucker Valley 8th grade Girls’ Basketball players were recognized before the Varsity game:  Macy Helmick, Tabitha Adams, Jayden Moore, Brylee Wetzel, Addie Hicks, Katie Hicks, Brianna Gooden and film Jacob Lower.

Tucker Valley(11-5) will return to action on Friday February 14th at home against Pendleton County.  For more info go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
