FRANKLIN – The Lady Wildcats traveled to Pendleton County for 2 games on Wednesday January 19th. In the JV game Tucker Valley fell by the score of 27-7. Aliyah Jackson led the Lady Wildcat JV with 4 points. In the Varsity game Tucker Valley got the win by the final score of 29-23. Makenna Evans led the Lady Wildcats with 14 points and Peyton Hicks added 4 points for Tucker Valley.
MILL CREEK – Tucker Valley traveled to Tygarts Valley on Friday January 21st. In the first game the Lady Wildcats JV team fell in a close contest by the score of 12-10. Lela Wright, Lilly Crouch, Ava Wilfong, Chloe Watson and Savannah Murphy all scored 2 points for the Tucker Valley JV. In the last game of the night the Lady Wildcats Varsity team got the win by the score of 33-20. Makenna Evans led Tucker Valley with 20 points. Peyton Hicks added 6 points for the Lady Wildcats in the win.
Tucker Valley will return to action tonight Wednesday January 26th at home against Romney at 6pm. The Lady Wildcats will travel to Petersburg on Thursday January 27th and then Tucker Valley will end the week with a home game on Friday January 28th. For more info go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
