Scott and Alisha Lycliter, of Parsons, announce the birth of their daughter on Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016 at 2:24 p.m. in the Davis Medical Center in Elkins. She weighed seven pounds, fourteen ounces and was named Avery Anne.
The mother is the former Alisha McCune, maternal grandparents are Larry and Kathy McCune; paternal grandparents are Jamie and Teresa Lycliter and great-grandparents are Judy Jolly and Don and Linda Lycliter. Avery Anne has a big brother named Ashton.
