The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
Dustin J. Suesli, Parsons, was cited for speeding (59-45) and expired MVI by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest to the first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The second charge was dismissed.
Eric J. Alves, Fairfax, Va. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Adam J. Niegocki, South Milwaukee, WI, was cited for speeding (75-65) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Jordon M. Merrill, Carrollton, Va. was cited for impeding traffic by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Jarrod D. Whitehair, Davis, was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
Sam C. Nicholas, Swantow, Md. was cited for speeding (37-25) by Deputy B.T. Zirk. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
David C. Hopewell, Falls Church, Va. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Sarah Harper, Hendricks, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.

The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Lance M. Beers, Parsons, was charged with hunting without a license. A court hearing is scheduled for Dec. 29 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
Sandra Garrett-Poling, Hendricks was charged with cell phone use by Deputy C.R. Donelson. A court hearing is scheduled for Jan 17, 2017 before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Clinton Dale Streets, Davis, was charged with destruction of property. According to the complaint, on Monday, Oct. 13 the defendant was at the Tucker County Courthouse housed in holding cell #1. While housed in the cell the defendant allegedly used his handcuffs to scratch the paint and carve his initials into the cell wall. He is under a property/surety bond of $500 that was not entered.
Levi G. McCauley, Kerens, was charged with driving revoked for DUI. The complaint states that on Saturday, Nov. 19 Deputy C.R. Donelson of the Tucker County Sheriff’s Office and TFC J.J. Schmidle of the West Virginia State Police received a complaint from Tucker County 911 of a possible impaired driver. At approximately 8:20 p.m. the officers observed a vehicle matching the description traveling south of US219 with a loud muffler and initiated a traffic stop on said vehicle. Deputy Donelson made contact and identified the driver as Levi McCauley. After a DMV check it was confirmed that the defendant’s license was revoked for driving under the influence with an effective date of Nov. 7, 2013. Donelson placed the defendant under arrest and transported him to the Parsons Detachment of the West Virginia State Police for processing and then to Magistrate Court of arraignment. He posted a $500 PR bond and a court hearing is scheduled for Jan. 17, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Keith Wayne Pennington, Thomas, has been charged with felony counts of sexual assault in the first degree and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust to a child. The complaint states that on Monday, July 18 Deputy C.R. Donelson of the Tucker County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint from Tucker County Prosecuting Attorney, Ray LaMora, in reference to a sexual assault of a juvenile. On Wednesday, July 28 a forensic interview was conducted by the Child Advocacy Center with the juvenile victim. During the interview, the victim indicated to the forensic interviewer that T-Bone (Keith Pennington) allegedly sexually abused him in Pennington’s bedroom. The victim indicated this by words, drawings and anatomical dolls. The victim’s mother stated that on Saturday, July 17 the defendant’s daughter contacted her and allegedly advised her in person what the victim said about her father. The mother states that her son, the victim, told her that the defendant had sexually abused him as well as told her parents in the same manner. Pennington posted a property/surety bond of $10,000.

State of West Virginia verses Melissa Ann Jones: She received judgment of Dismissed by Mag-State-No Fee for one count Battery upon another by making physical contact with force capable of causing pain or injury. This occurred on Sept. 30, 2015.
She also received judgment of Dismiss by Mag-State-No Fee for one count obstructing an officer which occurred on March 9, 2016 These cases were heard by Magistrate William M. Miller on Nov. 17.
State of West Virginia verses Robert Owen Thomas: He received judgment of no contest plea for one count DUI which occurred on March 26. He received a jail time of one day with time served. This case was heard on Nov. 17 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
State of West Virginia verses Donald C. Goss: He received judgment of guilty verdict for one count speed limitations that occurred on Aug. 19. He was assessed fines of $475 and court cost of $165.25. This case was heard on Nov. 10 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
State of West Virginia verses Charles L. Wolfe: he received judgment of dismissed- plea agreement for one count strangulation of another without their consent which occurred on Aug. 31. This case was heard on Nov. 4 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
State of West Virginia verses Jesse D. Suesli: He received judgment of Dismissed by Mag-State-No Fee for one count conspiracy which occurred on Nov. 13, 2015. This case was heard on Nov. 15 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
Spitznogle verses Haynes: This case was dismissed against Marie Haynes. Parties settled. This case was heard on Nov. 7 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Ball verses Owens: Judgment was found in favor of Willard Ball against Reba Bates and Steven W. Owens in the amount of $9,999 plus $120 court cost. This case was heard on Nov. 22 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
