Momma Said 1.25.17

We officially have the new President sworn in and I will be glad all of this is over.

The election is over and done with so PEOPLE get on with life. Who knows now what our country faces, but we need to do it as a united front. We are showing our weakness to the world. Momma Said, “If you can’t show respect for your country, just sit down and shut up!”
We are not a dictatorship, we are a democracy and the majority has spoken. Donald Trump is officially the President of the United States and he has the same responsibilities that the 44 men before him had. If he makes mistakes, then hopefully he will learn from them, but give him a chance. He is human, and therefore, he is not perfect. Momma Said, “There has only been one perfect man, and he died for our sins.”

Our country needs to come together and stop tearing itself apart. We don’t need to be attacked from outside invaders, we are killing ourselves from the inside. I know the protesters have the right to their own opinions, but they are protesting something that cannot be changed. Trump is the President and until he does something that will get him impeached, he will hold the office for the next four years. Momma Said, “Get over it, move on.”
