Refuge Storytime, Friday, November 8: – 10 a.m. at the Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. This month’s Refuge Storytime topic will be snakes. WV Division of Natural Resources naturalist Jim Fregonara will bring some gentle reptiles for kids to experience. Storytime is offered free of charge and is hosted by the Refuge and the Friends of the 500th. This event will be cancelled if area schools are not in session.
