CHOICES

Once again we remind you of this very interesting presentation. From the time that we are children to our senior years we are faced with choices that can affect our day, week, year, or even the rest of our lives. With this in mind the Parsons Senior Center is hosting a very interesting presentation by Kathy Moore from Hospice Care Corporation entitled “Choices” on Monday, May 9. The program will be held following lunch at approximately 12:30pm. This interesting presentation will bring to the forefront the importance of choices that we must make throughout the rest of our lives. Kathy will present topics for discussion that will include how to communicate with your physician and why you should be in control of the appointment, having interactive conversations with family members, the importance of good nutrition and exercise, how do we want to live the and be in control of the rest of our lives, and much more. We suggest that you set aside a little time on May 9 and join us for this attention-grabbing and interactive program.

We still have room for this inspiring trip, so if you would like information or to sign up call the senior center at 304-478-2423
