Charleston, W.Va. – The West Virginia Department of Agriculture (WVDA) will conduct a hearing regarding the issuance of a permit to allow Gary Smith of Parkersburg to operate the former Parkersburg Livestock Market in Mineral Wells. The hearing will be held Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016, at 10 a.m. at WVDA headquarters near Guthrie.
