NOVEMBER 29 LIGONIER CHRISTMAS TRIP
We still have reservations available for the November 29 one-day Christmas trip to Ligonier PA. The trip includes a wonderful Country Christmas Show, a
delicious holiday luncheon, shopping at the special shops in Ligonier and the Overley’s Christmas Village and Lights at the Green County Fair Grounds. Motor Coach transportation and gratuities are also included.
The cost of the trip package is $120.00 per person. Please stop by or call the senior center for more information or to sign up for the trip.
2017 NEW YORK TRIP
The 2017 trip to New York is scheduled for May 8 -11, 2017. The Travel Committee is working on the trip package, pricing, etc. and as soon as the planning is complete we will begin the process of calling people on the list for confirmations.
PARSONS CENTER TO CELEBRATE OCTOBER BIRTHDAYS
Participants celebrating birthdays in the month of October will receive special recognition at the Parsons Senior Center on Thursday, October 20. Just prior to serving lunch the Goldenaires Choir will sing happy birthday wishes to the honored guests and a home made cake will be provided by Hospice Care Corporation for all in attendance to enjoy.
PAPER PRODUCTS BINGO EVENTS
Once again the volunteer who graciously hosts our Paper Products Bingo events is scheduled to be at the Mountain Top Center on Thursday, October 20 and the Parsons Senior Center on Friday, October 21. Both events will be held immediately following lunch.
Plan to be with us for the events and enjoy lunch and fellowship. You may even win a useful prize.
SAINT GEORGE OUTPOST
The Saint George Outpost of the Tucker County Senior Citizens will host their October covered dish event on Thursday evening, October 20 at 6pm. Please bring your special covered dish to share with your friends and plan to enjoy a great evening of fellowship.
FLANAGAN HILL OUTPOST
The monthly covered dish event held at the Flanagan Hill Community Center is scheduled for Wednesday, October 26 with the festivities beginning at noon. Plan to prepare your special covered dish to share with your friends and enjoy a day of great fellowship.
