PARSONS – The Wildcats Middle School Football team hosted Clay-Battelle Middle last Thursday October 5th. Tucker Valley fell in the contest by the final score of 26-12.
Clay-Battelle jumped out to the lead in the first quarter as the visiting team scored two times in the period with Tucker Valley got into the end zone once in the first quarter to make the score 16-6 after one quarter of play. The visiting Cee Bee’s would score again in the second quarter to push their lead to 18-6 at the half.
In the third quarter Tucker Valley and Clay-Battelle both scored touchdowns to make the score 26-12 after the third quarter ended. Neither team could get on the scoreboard in the fourth quarter and the game ended with the final score of 26-12 Clay-Battelle.
