TUCKER COUNTY GOLF TEAM COMPETES IN STATE TOURNAMENT

WHEELING – The Tucker County Golf team traveled to Wheeling to compete in the 2 day State Tournament Championship at Olgebay Resort on Tuesday October 3rd and Wednesday October 4th.


The team played 18 holes each day and came up short for their State Championship attempt, but finished 7th overall as a team with a score of 591. On day 1 Tucker County was led by Easton Snyder with a score of 98. Connor Nestor collected a score of 99, Calreigh Bolyard had a 100 and Myles Paugh came in with a score of 113. On day 2 Tucker County was led by Connor Nestor with a 97 followed by Easton Snyder with a 98. Holden Young had a score of 99 and Carleigh Bolyard finished with a score of 100. Ravenswood won the Class “A” State Championship and Madonna took home State Runner-Up. For complete results and more go to TuckerCountySports.Com
