The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- April L. Taylor, Morgantown, was cited for expired registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Jerod M. Caligiuri, Parsons, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Brent E. Evick, Elkins, was cited for expired registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Angela M. McCrum, Parsons, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Ricky W. McCumbers, Hambleton, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Jason K. Nelson, Fairmont, was cited for expired registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
The following criminal complaints have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Hannah Adkins, Hendricks, was charged with one count of Truancy. The complaint states that she did fail to cause a juvenile to regularly attend Tucker Valley Elementary Middle School. The student accumulated 11 full unexcused days. She posted a $100 PR bond.
- Tammy Lynn Mook, was charged with Receiving/Transferring/Possessing/Concealing Stolen Property. According to the complaint, on Thursday, Aug. 17 Cpl. J.E. Kopec responded to 2545 Laneville Road in Dry Fork to assist with the execution of a search warrant for an unrelated case which involved the recovery of multiple stolen items from this residence. While assisting in the case Kopec was searching in the garage and noticed a four seater Polaris RZR side by side in the back of the garage. Another search warrant was issued for the residence and cartilage of above address. The warrant was executed and the 2012 Polaris RZR was recovered and returned to Thrasher Engineering on Sept. 21 after tracing ownership of vehicle through the VIN number. In a two page hand written statement, Lester Mook summarizes that he traded a 450 Arctic Cat four wheeler to an unknown person named Eric in Clay County for the Polaris RZR. The defendant posted a $10,000 PR bond.
