The following criminal complaints have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

  • Tammy Lynn Mook, was charged with Receiving/Transferring/Possessing/Concealing Stolen Property.  According to the complaint, on Thursday, Aug. 17 Cpl. J.E. Kopec responded to 2545 Laneville Road in Dry Fork to assist with the execution of a search warrant for an unrelated case which involved the recovery of multiple stolen items from this residence.  While assisting in the case Kopec was searching in the garage and noticed a four seater Polaris RZR side by side in the back of the garage.  Another search warrant was issued for the residence and cartilage of above address.  The warrant was executed and the 2012 Polaris RZR was recovered and returned to Thrasher Engineering on Sept. 21 after tracing ownership of vehicle through the VIN number.  In a two page hand written statement, Lester Mook summarizes that he traded a 450 Arctic Cat four wheeler to an unknown person named Eric in Clay County for the Polaris RZR.  The defendant posted a $10,000 PR bond.
