On Tuesday, Feb. 13 Judge Lynn Nelson presided over the Tucker County Grand Jury and the following indictments were handed down:
State of West Virginia verses David Crouch: The Grand Jury charges Crouch with Delivery of Controlled Substance where he allegedly sold a controlled substance to a minor child on Dec. 28, 2016 in the parking lot of McDonalds.
State of West Virginia verses Daniel S. Canterbury: He was charged with Delivery of Controlled Substance to Correctional Facility. On Oct. 29, 2016 he allegedly mailed a letter to a cadet at the Kenneth “Honey” Rubenstein Center that contained a controlled substance.
State of West Virginia verses Charles Lee Wolfe: The Grand Jury charges Wolfe with Burglary, Kidnapping, Strangulation, Attempted Murder and Domestic Battery. On April 10, 2017, Wolfe committed burglary by allegedly breaking and entering the dwelling of Laken Shawd Inglese in Davis. He feloniously and unlawfully restrained her against her will, allegedly choking her into unconsciousness and made physical contact causing harm to her.
State of West Virginia verses Nicolle Elizabeth Hebb: She was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance and DUI First Offense. On July 6, 2017 she was allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine packaged in individual baggies, and possessing Suboxone. She was found passed out in her vehicle in Sheetz parking lot.
State of West Virginia verses Justin W. Sacks: The Grand Jury charged Sacks with Possession of Controlled Substance with intent to deliver; Violation of Protective Order, Driving Revoked or Suspended and Expired Registration and Certificate of Titles. On Aug. 1, 2017 he was allegedly found in possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, unlawfully possessing ammunition in violation of a domestic violence protective order. He was driving revoked or suspended operating a vehicle in which the registration had been taken off another vehicle.
State of West Virginia verses Robert Lee Roy: He was charged with Domestic Battery and two counts of Strangulation. He unlawfully made physical contact to Aleah D. McCrum, allegedly grabbing her by the face and shoving her head into a wall. He allegedly applied pressure to her neck until she was unconscious and placed a pillow over her head.
State of West Virginia verses Michael Shane White: He was charged with Felony Worthless Check and two counts of Misdemeanor Worthless Check. He allegedly passed a check at Adkins Home Center for more than $500 on May 3, 2017. On March 16 and 17, 2017 he allegedly passed checks at Kidwell Auto Parts for less than $500 each.
State of West Virginia verses Levi G. McCauley: McCualey was charged with Third Offense Driving Revoked for DUI which occurred on Nov. 15, 2017.
