Last week’s photo of the baby went unidentified but it could share some relation to Mickey Pennington. I have been contacted by a lady who has identified most of the folks from the Tucker County Fair Court. The picture is from around 1941. The queen is Louise Braun Miller and the man beside here is Earl Corcoran. We will continue to work on that picture and bring it back with folks identified.
