WILDCATS DROP GAME AT HOME TO ELKINS 14-8

PARSONS – The Tucker Valley Middle School Football team hosted Elkins Middle last Wednesday September 26th. The home standing Wildcats could not hold the lead and the Hornets comeback to get the 14-8 road win.


Tucker Valley would strike first on a Trenton Wilfong run in the first quarter. The 2 point conversion was good by Mason Kisamore to make the score 8-0 Tucker Valley. Neither team scored in the second quarter and the score remained 8-0 Tucker Valley at the half. In the third quarter Elkins would get into the end zone twice to give the Hornets the lead after three 14-8. The fourth quarter seen Tucker Valley drive the ball deep into Elkins territory 2 times. The Wildcats were unable to get a score in the fourth and Elkins hung on for the 14-8 victory.
