The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate Office:

Michael A. Karlen, Elkins, was cited for no insurance and expired registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $204.75 and court cost of $350.50.

John M. Ashcraft, Clarksburg, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $175.25.

Cody R. Shahan, Hendricks, was cited for expired MVI and no insurance by Cpl. J.R. Wince.  Both charges were dismissed with proof shown.

Rebecca A. Surguy, Elkins, was cited for expired MVI and no insurance by Cpl. J.R. Wince.  Both charges were dismissed with proof shown.

Brian Hammer, Elkins, was cited for trespassing by D.A. Sliwinski.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $175.25.

Edwin Gonzalez, Halethorpe, Md. was cited for speeding (74-65) by TFC. J.J. Schmidle.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $175.25.

Tammy J. Corcoran, Parsons, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. J.R. Wince.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $175.25.

Frank A. Roberts, Hendricks, Was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. J.R. Wince.  The charge was dismissed with proof shown.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

West Virginia University Hospital verses Freeman: The court found in favor of West Virginia University Hospital in the amount of $2,819.01 plus $90 against Ellen Freeman.  This case was heard on Jan 27 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.

State of West Virginia verses Misty Eichelberger: She received judgment of no contest plea for one count making, issuing worthless checks.  She was assessed fines of $1, court cost of $200.25 and must make restitution of $29.75.  This case was heard on Jan 23 by Magistrate William M. Miller.

State of West Virginia verses Axel Purnell: He received judgment of guilty plea for one count making, issuing worthless checks.  He was assessed cost and fees of $200.25 and must make restitution of $55.
