MOOREFIELD – It has become the standard and it was no different on Thursday May 8th as Tucker County Girls’ and Boys’ track teams captured the PVC Championship in dominating fashion. The Girls’ took the title with a final point total of 278. Out of 17 total events the Lady Mt. Lions captured 15 first place finishes and 7 second place finishes. The Boys’ dominated just as much with a score total of 220 points overall and the next closest team was Moorefield with 86 points. The Boys’ captured 12 first place medals and 6 second place medals. Coach Tom Gutshall was also named PVC Boys’ Track Coach of the year.
