The Parsons Parks and Recreation Commission (PPRC) has partnered with the West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) to install bat boxes in Mill Race Park and the Corricks Ford Battlefield Park. Informational signage is posted near each bat box site to explain the importance of protecting bats and providing them shelter.
