THOMAS – The Davis-Thomas Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball teams hosted Tygarts Valley on Tuesday January 3rd. In the first contest the Lady Bears fell by the score of 37-19. Peyton Cross led Davis-Thomas with 8 points and Bella Rivera added 6 points.
In the Boys’ game Davis-Thomas fell to Tygarts Valley in a tight contest 55-54. The Bears were led in scoring by Emmet Felton with 23 points and Cayden Arnold added 16 points in the Davis-Thomas loss.
HAMBLETON – The Bears Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball teams faced off against Tucker Valley at TCHS on Saturday January 7th. The Girls’ teams took to the court in the first game of the evening. The Tucker Valley Girls’ got the win over Davis-Thomas 20-10. The Lady Bears were led in scoring by Peyton Cross with 6 points.
In the Boys’ game Davis-Thomas pulled away for the 46-37 win over Tucker Valley. The Bears were led in scoring by Emmet Felton and Cayden Arnold with 18 points each in the win for Davis-Thomas.
