Congratulations to Heather Lantz, an elementary school teacher at TVEMS who won the fall arrangement raffled off by the Mountaineer Garden Club. The funds raised by the Garden Club will go towards supporting two children’s attendance at the local 4-H Club camp in the summer of 2024.
