- Cynthia A. Latzko, of Newark, Del., was cited for no seatbelt by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
- Sarah Louise Spencer, of Davis, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Mohamed S. Mahmoud, of St Louis Park, Minn, was cited for speeding (75-45) by Trp. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $70 and court cost of $165.25.
- Wayne Gray Huffman, of Dry Fork, was cited for baiting bear and conspiracy to violate Chapter 20 by Sgt. R.G. Waybright on Aug. 3. He was assessed fines of $40 and court cost of $330.50.

- Richard Thomas Cava, of Clarksburg, was cited for no seatbelt by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
- Marco V. Herrarte, of Owings Mills, Md., was cited for no child restraint by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Wayne Gray Huffman, of Dry Fork, was cited for hunting bear over bait and bait bear in restricted area on Sept. 18 by Sgt. R.G. Waybright. He was assessed fines of $1,020. and court cost of $330.50 and his hunting and fishing license was suspended for two years.
- James C. Elmer, of Bunker Hill was cited for no proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Axle R. Purnell, of Hambleton, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25. A second charge of expired MVI was dismissed.
- Michael S. Kwasniewski, of Beverly, was cited for no proof of insurance by Trp. D.T. Stallings. Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Jeremy Clinton Watson has been charged with fleeing in vehicle while DUI and DUI under the age of 21. According to the criminal complaints, Watson was observed driving at a high rate of speed on Nov. 23. The vehicle was traveling south on US219 towards Thomas and accelerated to a high rate of speed when officers attempted a stop. He, allegedly then traveled the wrong direction on a one way street and continued onto a dirt road where the vehicle hit a tree. The officers made the stop and when approached, allegedly, alcohol was prevalent on Watson’s breath. An expired MVI and expired registration were evident on the vehicle. There was no insurance on the vehicle and all occupants of the vehicle were under the age of 21. All occupants were under the influence of alcohol. All field sobriety tests were failed. Watson refused a Preliminary Breath Test. At which time he was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Parsons Detachment of the West Virginia State Police and then onto the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
