The Tucker County Lady Mt. Lions had just one matchup this week, playing host to the AA Moorefield Lady Yellow Jackets on Tuesday. The game was close after one period at 13-8 in favor of Tucker; however, the Mt. Lions would blow the game wide open before the half, outscoring Moorefield 31-2 in the second to take a 44-10 lead into the break. Tucker continued its dominance in the second half, led by a relentless press forcing multiple turnovers from the Lady Jackets. Tucker found themselves up 69-18 at the end of the third and cruised to a convincing 78-31 victory.
