The Go North Alliance is hosting a Corridor H Public Information Workshop on April 7 at the Thomas Senior Center on Spruce Street. The event will run twice, once at 2 p.m. and once at 7 p.m. Come and learn what is going on with Corridor H and help us create a community-conscious Northern Route! Food Handler’s Class
Mt. Grove Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a food handler’s class at the dinner hall. Class is being taught by the Preston County Health Department on Tuesday, April 7 at 6:30 p.m., a $10 fee is applicable if card is needed for work and the class is free for volunteers.

The Tucker County Senior Center is hosting a trip to Lancaster, Pa. on June 16, 17 and 18. We will be seeing a new production of Joshua, The trip features: two nights lodging, 2 breakfast meals, 2 dinners – a Smorgasbord Dinner and meal at an Amish House, countryside tour, film presentation of Jacob’s Choice and other stops as well.
