Tucker County travel basketball 11th grade and 4th grade teams captured titles at the Bridge Sports Complex tournament this past weekend.
The Tucker County 11th grade squad delivered a notable performance throughout the weekend, culminating in a 53-38 victory over Elkins in the championship game.
Leading the charge was Ethan Cummings, who earned Tournament MVP honors for his standout play.
Not to be outdone, Tucker County’s 4th grade team also brought home a championship trophy with a dominant showing of their own. The young squad overwhelmed the Bridgeport Warriors in the title game, cruising to a 50-12 win.
Ty Bonner was named MVP of the 4th grade championship game.
