The Tucker County Mt. Lions traveled to East Hardy this past week for a tri-match featuring Tucker County, Paw Paw, and East Hardy.

East Hardy proved to be too much for the Mt. Lions, who struggled early to get positive contact on the ball. Tucker County dropped the first set 25-12 before falling 25-16 in the second set.

The Mt. Lions rallied against Paw Paw, winning both sets. Tucker County took the first set 25-16 before closing out the match with a 25-7 victory in the second set.

The Lady Mt. Lions will travel to Southern on Tuesday for their only game of the week. The JV match is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
