Emmett and Kayden, infant sons of Trenten Dibartolomeo and Veronica Collins, became guardian angels with their great-grandfather, David “OB” Collins. They are survived by three sisters, Kaylie, Cianna, and Rowan, paternal grandmother, Margaret Loria, paternal grandfather, Tony Dibartolomeo, maternal grandparents, Tom Collins, Missy Keplinger, Anna Mayne, and Clint Mayne, Paternal great-grandparents, Ruby and Danny Kisamore, Maternal great-grandparents, Betty Collins, Donna and Bud Sisler, Ellen and Clint Mayne Sr.
